Payment Process

Payment Authorization

Refunds

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have an issue with your order:

  • We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly
  • If you open a chargeback or PayPal dispute without contacting us, it may delay resolution
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action

Pre-Authorization and Holds

When you place an order:

  • PayPal may place a temporary authorization hold on your account
  • This is not a charge, but reserves the funds until your order ships
  • The actual charge is processed when your order is prepared for shipment (typically within 1-2 business days, CET business hours)
  • If an order is cancelled, the hold will be released (timing varies by bank)

Order Cancellation and Payment

If you cancel an order before it ships:

  • No payment will be processed if cancelled before shipment
  • If already charged, a full refund will be issued to your PayPal account
  • Contact us immediately at contact@codyworldwide.plus to cancel
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET (8:00 AM EST) may ship same day - contact us promptly

International Transactions

We are based in France and ship to customers in the United States, Canada, and France:

  • All transactions are processed securely through PayPal
  • All prices are in USD
  • PayPal handles international payment processing securely
  • You will see the final amount in USD before confirming payment
  • Currency conversion (if applicable) is handled by PayPal

We Do Not Accept

For security and operational reasons, we do not accept:
